    PATNA: Bharatiya Janata Celebration (BJP) chief and Bihar minister Ram Surat Rai, whose brother is allegedly concerned in liquor smuggling, requested Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) chief Tejashwi Yadav on Saturday whether or not he’ll resign as his father Lalu Prasad Yadav is in jail.
